S-400, Akash missile, and... India's air defense has defeated Pakistan, Rajnath Singh told Parliament

National News: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, while giving a statement on 'Operation Sindoor' in Lok Sabha on Monday, said that India's air defense system, which includes the S-400, the Akash missile system, and air defense guns, foiled all the attacks of Pakistan, and no strategic asset of India was damaged. The Defence Minister clarified that this operation was completely against terrorism and its aim was not to start a war. He said that the goals set by the Indian armed forces under Operation Sindoor have been fully achieved and there was no external pressure behind stopping it.

The S-400 and Akash destroyed the Pakistani attack

Rajnath Singh said that the air attack on India by Pakistan started on May 7 and continued till 1:25 am on May 10. During this time, Pakistan used missiles, drones, and long-range weapons. But India's air defense system neutralized every threat. Rajnath Singh said that the S-400, the Akash missile system, and air defense guns proved to be very effective in completely foiling this attack. 

Pakistan did not get any target

The Defence Minister said that Pakistan failed to harm any military or civilian property of India. All the strategic assets of India remained completely safe during Operation Sindoor. He said that Pakistan was not able to target any property of India, and no damage was caused to any of our resources.

Mission Achieved, No War Intent

Rajnath Singh assured the Parliament that Operation Sindoor was not part of any kind of aggression or expansionist policy. It was an action taken purely in self-defense. He also clarified that India stopped the operation only when both military and political objectives were achieved. He further said that Operation Sindoor was not stopped under any pressure. This claim is completely baseless and false.
